Alison Mann Therapy

Hello and welcome. I’m Alison Mann and I’m a qualified, BACP-registered therapist. I provide counselling to adults from a professional therapy room at The Eaves in central Farnham. The Eaves is conveniently located for Basingstoke, Hook, Fleet, Aldershot, Farnborough, Guildford, Godalming and Alton. I also offer online sessions for anyone living in the UK.

Counselling is a form of talking therapy where you speak with a trained professional about your feelings and concerns. It offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore difficult events, relationships and emotions. Together, we work to help you find acceptance for past and present experiences, make meaningful decisions or implement changes.
